Since 2024 the SAT has moved entirely onto the computer — the Digital SAT. It is shorter than the paper version, about 2 hours 14 minutes rather than over 3 hours, and has two sections: Reading & Writing and Math. Each section is split into two modules.
The biggest change is that the test adapts to you: how you do on module 1 decides the difficulty of module 2. Do well on module 1 and module 2 gets harder, which opens up the higher score range. That is why practising for the Digital SAT is not the same as working through paper tests — you need to get used to the exact pacing and the exact on-screen interface.
One more difference that is easy to miss: a calculator is allowed for the entire Math section, and Desmos sits inside the test screen rather than on your desk. Getting comfortable with it beforehand is part of the preparation.
For Vietnamese students the hardest part of SAT preparation is usually not the questions but the worked answers: almost every explanation out there is written in academic English. If you finish reading an explanation and still cannot see where your reasoning broke, more practice tests will not help.
Here the worked answers are written in the student's own language, and the interface comes in four: Vietnamese, English, Chinese and Korean. The test content itself always stays in English and is never translated — you need to read exactly what you will face on exam day.
Full-length, timed tests that mirror the real Digital SAT — scored instantly.
Bluebook is College Board's official practice app, used to get familiar with the test interface. It contains six practice tests.
The most reliable measure is completing a whole timed test on a regular schedule, then comparing results across attempts and watching for the topics where errors keep coming back. Drilling single questions will not tell you whether your concentration holds to the end of a sitting.
This is a self-study platform: you decide when and how often you sit a test, and the worked answers sit on every question instead of waiting for a tutor's schedule. For comparison, one SAT tutoring session in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City already costs 400,000–600,000 VND.
