Terms of Service

Please read these terms before creating an account. By registering for or using Bluebook Vietnam, you agree to everything below.

1. About the service

Bluebook Vietnam (hocsat.com) is a Digital SAT practice platform operated by ESAT Technology. The service includes full-length timed practice tests, automatic scoring on the 1600 scale, and detailed per-question explanations.

2. Your account

You need a working email address to register. A 6-digit password is sent to that address and is never shown on the registration screen; please change it after your first sign-in.
One account per person. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
Do not share accounts. Do not create multiple accounts to obtain extra free tests — we may suspend all related accounts.

3. Plans and what they include

Free accounts can take 3 full-length tests. Retaking a test you have already used does not consume another slot.
Total score, section scores and the correct answers are always visible, including on free accounts.
Detailed explanations are part of the paid plans, apart from a few sample questions we unlock so you can judge the quality first.
Paid plans run for a fixed period from activation. Plans you paid for before we changed our pricing keep their original benefits until they expire.

4. Pricing and payment

The prices shown on the Plans page are the prices in force. We accept payment in Vietnamese dong through the PayOS gateway or by bank transfer. A plan is activated once our system reconciles the amount against your order. After activation you need to sign in again for your session to pick up the new access.

5. Refunds

Activated plans are not automatically refundable, because you gain access to the full content the moment they are activated. If a technical problem on our side prevents you from using the service, contact us within 7 days of payment; we will consider extending your plan or issuing a partial refund. We do not give refunds based on the score you achieve.

6. Trademarks and independence

SAT^® and Digital SAT^™ are trademarks of the College Board. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by the College Board.

7. Prohibited conduct

Sharing, renting or reselling access to an account.
Using automated tools, scrapers or direct API calls to extract content from the platform.
Attempting to reach paid content by any workaround.
Interfering with, attacking or overloading the system.

Breaching any of the above may result in account suspension without a refund.

8. Limitation of liability and changes to these terms

We provide practice tools and make no promise about any score on the real exam; results depend on each student's own preparation. The service is provided "as is" and may be briefly unavailable for maintenance or upgrades. We may change these terms; the new version will be published on this page with its date, and continuing to use the service means you accept it.
